Abbreviated session tonight - too slow getting myself into gear and out for the walk down to the gym (that's an extra 1260 paces each way, down and up hill :) Felt a bit incomplete because I only used 3 machines rather than the usual 4 or more, and I didn't do any weights as my lower back still feels a little twinge-y and I've got football tomorrow. Excuses excuses, eh ?? And that's after eating *four* pieces of chocolate cake today...
